Hopwood & Singhal PLLC has supported multiple successful clemency petitions. (Clemency is a term that that includes pardons and commutations.)

We are currently working on pardon applications for (1) individuals seeking "last day" pardons from current President Joe Biden and (2) individuals seeking "first day" (or "first month") pardons from President-Elect Donald Trump.

Our process is simple:

We draft your pardon application. (Even though President Trump does not follow other administrations in relying on the Office of the Pardon Attorney, we nevertheless compile and submit an application through the proper channels. We will also submit applications directly to President Trump.)
We help you compile supporting letters to accompany your application. These letters can come from your friends and family, community leaders, relevant organizations, Members of Congress, former judges, former prosecutors, and so on. We will help you identify individuals who are willing to write a letter in support of your pardon.
We advocate for you.
